SourcePro Search has several fantastic opportunities for experienced IP Attorneys in Chicago.

IP Attorneys – 2-4 years of experience

Clearance, filing, prosecution and maintenance;

Agreements (sponsorship and promotional agreements, entertainment contracts, trademark licenses, M&A, credit agreements and due diligence);

TTAB actions;

Cease and Desist issuance and response;

Litigation;

UDRP actions;

Securing GTLD and CCTLD domains;

Advertising review and claims and defense.

Patent Associates

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;

1-3 years of patent preparation experience and strong patent prosecution skills;

Experience with electromechanical technologies is desired.
