What you bring:
5+ years of experience as a trademark attorney working on searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing
Active license to practice law
Preference given for TTAB experience
Preference given for USPTO examiner experience
What you will do:
Oversee domestic and foreign trademark matters for a global client base
Trademark and brand clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing including preparation of OA responses, use affidavits, maintenance and renewal filings, cease and desist letters, and brand counseling
Work on oppositions and appeals at the TTAB
Provide due diligence assessments and prepare assignments, security agreements, and releases as needed
Assess domain name resolution and copyright issues
