Tridium Niagara N4 or comparable BAS platform training Key Responsibilities
Commission, troubleshoot, and fine-tune
BAS/DDC control systems
for commercial and institutional clients Configure and integrate BAS networks using
BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks Interpret and apply control schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineered sequences of operation Install, wire, and configure BAS field components including sensors, relays, and control devices Perform functional performance testing and detailed point-to-point checkout Conduct operator training sessions and assist clients during system turnover Prepare accurate commissioning documentation, calibration notes, and field service reports Work collaboratively with engineers, PMs, and field teams to ensure system reliability and quality Deliver responsive customer support and ensure all project deliverables meet expectations Ideal Candidate
4+ years of hands-on experience with BAS, DDC, or HVAC controls Strong understanding of
control logic, wiring practices, and building mechanical systems Experience with multiple BAS platforms (Tridium preferred; others helpful) Excellent diagnostic skills paired with strong communication and customer-facing abilities Ability to interpret and apply mechanical and electrical drawings to field conditions Valid driver's license and clean MVR required What’s Offered
