We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong technical and leadership expertise to oversee and drive complex, cross‑functional programs in a highly technical environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of direct experience managing and delivering large‑scale technology programs, demonstrating an ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure program alignment with strategic business goals.
This Position is a hybrid work environment / 95% Remote – Candidate must live within 2 hours of a government Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end program execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Interface with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations to define and deliver requirements.
Manage multiple project timelines and resource allocation across cross‑functional teams.
Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
Drive adoption of agile or hybrid methodologies as applicable.
Ensure program personnel maintain continuity for at least one year.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or Information Systems.
7+ years of experience leading technical programs or large‑scale projects.
Demonstrated hands‑on coding experience (e.g., scripting, automation, or application development).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
Experience with cloud‑native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
