Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining modern BAS systems
Strong controls programming ability, including developing new logic or revising sequences
Proficient with commissioning procedures and point‑to‑point verification
Hands‑on familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium systems preferred
Clear, confident communicator with customers and internal teams
Working knowledge of basic electrical systems
Team‑focused, collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, program, and optimize BAS software for projects and service clients
Support installation crews with equipment startup and system terminations
Perform field diagnostics and troubleshooting on both new and legacy controls platforms
Commission systems and complete point‑to‑point functional testing
Provide technical expertise to ensure high‑quality project outcomes and customer satisfaction
