Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored protection plans (warranty, insurance, coverage options, etc.). Educate clients on plan features, benefits, and terms to support informed decisions. Provide follow-up support and answer questions with clarity and care. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Stay up-to-date with industry offerings, policies, and compliance standards. Who You Are:
