BAS Application Engineer
(Mid & Senior Level) to join their team in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for controls professionals with strong programming, integration, and systemengineering backgrounds. Develop, program, and test BAS controllers and sequences of operation for various systems. Create and review BMS submittals, as-built documentation, and detailed control drawings. Configure, integrate, and optimize building networks using BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP. Provide remote technical support to project managers, field personnel, and commissioning teams. Commission control applications, validate performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Maintain engineering standards and promote consistent programming practices across teams. Collaborate closely with HVAC, MEP, mechanical, and IT professionals on multifaceted projects. Troubleshoot BMS networks, servers, field devices, and IoT components as needed. Ideal Candidate:
Background as a Controls Technician, Programmer, or Application Engineer. Strong proficiency in BAS programming, troubleshooting, and integration. Experience with any major BAS product line;
Tridium Niagara is a strong plus . Comfortable working within cross-functional engineering environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills. About the Company:
