This role ensures the integrity of financial and administrative processes, supervises cross-departmental staff operations, and upholds the highest standards of member service and organizational efficiency.

Serving as a vital link between Membership, Finance, and operational departments, this position supports payroll accuracy, billing compliance, and seamless coordination of member-related services and events.

Pay Range: $26 - $27/hr.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9 am - 5pm# **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Billing & Financial Administration•Oversee all membership billing, ACH enrollments, and payment processing through the Club’s CRM (Northstar).•Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of monthly dues, initiation fees, and event-related member charges.•Serve as the main point of contact for all billing inquiries, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and brand-aligned communication.•Manage reconciliation of daily deposits, checks, and account postings in coordination with the Finance team.•Support annual billing audits and maintain compliance with financial control standards.Payroll & Department Oversight•Manage and process payroll for the Massage Clinic, Yoga, Fitness, Swim, and Golf departments.•Ensure payroll accuracy for hourly and commission-based employees, verifying timecards, class schedules, and event pay.•Collaborate with department heads to verify staffing levels and approve time submissions.•Maintain accurate payroll records, schedules, and labor tracking for reporting purposes.•Support HR and Accounting with payroll audits, corrections, and compliance documentation.Team Supervision & Operational Management•Supervise the teams across the Massage Clinic, Yoga, Fitness, Swim, and Golf programs.•Lead scheduling coordination, ensuring coverage for classes, lessons, and member sessions.•Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.•Support staff training related to payroll processes, billing accuracy, and membership engagement.•Collaborate with the Director of Membership to ensure team alignment with Club goals and operational standards.Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Support•Partner with Membership, Accounting, and HR to streamline payroll and billing workflows.•Provide financial summaries and staffing reports as needed for budgeting and operational planning.•Assist in organizing and supporting club events, programs, and tournaments when membership or payroll oversight is required.•Serve as a liaison between front-line service teams and Finance to ensure consistency in member experience and administrative precision.Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.•3–5 years of experience in payroll, billing, or operations, preferably in a private club, resort, or hospitality environment.•Experience supervising multi-departmental teams.•Proficiency with Northstar, Jonas, or similar club management software.•Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.•Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.•Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Core Competencies•Financial Accuracy & Accountability•Payroll Administration & Compliance•Team Leadership & Development•Member Service Excellence•Multi-Department Collaboration•Confidentiality & Professional Integrity**LJBTC INC. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
