Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
who will own end‑to‑end recruitment across CESE. This is a high‑impact role with exposure to global leadership, where you will partner directly with executives and hiring managers to bring in top talent - from AI and tech specialists to commercial leaders and even C‑level. Beyond core recruiting, you’ll also have the chance to shape how Wonderful shows up in the market, contributing to
employer branding, event organizing, and social media presence , and helping us refine our talent strategy in a hyper‑growth environment. You will: Own end‑to‑end recruitment for complex, senior, and international roles (engineering, product, sales, general management, C‑level). Partner directly with hiring managers and executives to define requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across
CESE , ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Use data‑driven insights to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and market dynamics. Contribute to employer branding: social media content, thought leadership, career site optimization, and local events. Organize or support talent‑related events (meetups, roundtables, conferences) to strengthen Wonderful’s presence in the region. Act as a culture ambassador - help us build processes that are scalable without losing our startup speed and vibe. Requirements
5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to
IT/tech hiring ; experience with AI‑related roles is a plus. Proven track record of hiring
senior and executive‑level roles
across multiple geographies. Ability to manage complex recruitment processes end‑to‑end, balancing speed with. Startup DNA: adaptable, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and fast execution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you’re a trusted partner to both candidates and leadership. Experience (or strong interest) in employer branding, events, and broader People/HR initiatives. Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
