OB/GYN Associate Medical Director – Stamford Hospital + Oula Health | Norwalk and Stamford, CT

We’re seeking a dynamic leader to head a collaborative team of certified nurse-midwives in a model that values partnership, respect, and innovation. This is your opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with meaningful leadership—mentoring midwives, guiding best practices, and championing a patient-centered approach that empowers women and families. Stamford Health, in partnership with Oula Health, is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN physician to serve as Associate Medical Director in a new, innovative maternity care practice with offices at Stamford Hospital and a new clinic in Norwalk. This full-time leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape a collaborative care model that integrates midwifery and obstetric expertise. This position blends clinical care (80%) with administrative leadership (20%), offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of maternity care. Join a mission-driven team delivering innovative, patient-centered care in a supportive, academic environment. Position Highlights: 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient 2 laborist shifts/week + 1–1.5 days outpatient + 1 admin day Supervise and collaborate with midwives OB/GYN hospitalist call (1 weekend/month) Teaching role with OB/GYN residents
