OB/GYN Associate Medical Director Stamford Hospital + Oula | Norwalk and Stamford, CT

Lead a modern, collaborative maternity care model in Fairfield County.

Stamford Health, in partnership with Oula Health, is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN physician to serve as Associate Medical Director in a new, innovative maternity care practice based in Norwalk and Stamford, CT.. This full-time leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape a collaborative care model that integrates midwifery and obstetric expertise. This position blends clinical care (80%) with administrative leadership (20%), offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of maternity care. Join a mission-driven team delivering innovative, patient-centered care in a supportive, academic environment.

Position Highlights:

• 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient
• 2 laborist shifts/week + 1 1.5 days outpatient + 1 admin day
• Supervise and collaborate with midwives
• OB/GYN hospitalist call (1 weekend/month)
• Teaching role with OB/GYN residents

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in OB/GYN
• 4+ years of attending experience
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience with midwifery models a must
