The Role Maryville Consulting Group is seeking a consulting leader to deliver high-quality outcomes for enterprise accounts across the US. This candidate will have experience participating in and managing engagements for Fortune 500 organizations using industry best practices. The role offers the opportunity to impact existing client engagements and support business development. We seek leaders who can transform unstructured problems into well-defined, thoroughly executed solutions. This role is within our Business Management Practice, which provides solutions to help executive leaders measure, manage, and communicate the value of enterprise services. We focus on aligning, prioritizing, and optimizing enterprise technology to maximize employee engagement and productivity. Common projects include performance management, investment optimization, and shared-service operating models. The practice is expanding rapidly, offering substantial career growth and additional responsibilities. What You Can Expect As part of the team, you will provide guidance and offer unique perspectives to enable clients to operate as value-driving business partners. Your responsibilities include: Impact existing engagements, contribute to client-facing teams (typically 2-8 people), and deliver timely outcomes with high client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to expand and grow strategic accounts through high-quality delivery and strong client relationships. Support growth in Enterprise Performance Management through recruiting, client acquisition & retention, industry events, and colleague enablement. Key Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken. Experience in enterprise technology, managerial finance, or management & technology consulting. Experience with Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management Suite. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead small to mid-size teams and drive outcomes independently. Ability to influence and build trust-based relationships with senior executives. Leadership in problem statement definition, solution proposal, and execution. Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically. Preferred Qualifications
Business development experience with a track record of developing and expanding client relationships. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Technology. Understanding and experience in enterprise IT and digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and related systems, with experience managing resources delivering in these solutions. This position is based in our St. Louis (Clayton) or Boston (Financial District) offices, with flexibility for remote work. Additional Details
