As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will lead project controls across a program of multiple projects in North America. Your responsibilities include planning/scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and change management, tailored to project size and criticality. You will oversee deliverables that impact high-performing teams working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, infrastructure, and facilities teams, ensuring value delivery. You will manage 25+ projects concurrently as an individual contributor, deploying meaningful and sustainable project controls.
What You'll Do
Scheduling:
Develop and maintain integrated EPC project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and collaborate with teams for schedule optimization.
Performance Measurement:
Establish KPIs, report on project performance, and provide insights into trends and issues with proactive solutions.
Cost Management:
Develop and implement cost control tools, forecast costs, and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Change Management:
Support change processes, streamline information flow, and secure approvals.
Estimation:
Assist with benchmarking, feedback, and process improvements during project handoff.
Communication & Reporting:
Lead project and executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
Risk Assessment:
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks through management plans and strategies.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
7+ years in commercial or large-scale infrastructure projects
Proven project controls experience managing full lifecycle projects or large programs
Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Excellent communication skills, especially with executives
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

$88,000 - $216,000 annually plus stock awards and benefits. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills. Details provided upon offer.
