Peru – Resource Mobilization Advisor

Type: Consultancy, 12-month mandate in Lima, Peru (Nov 2025 – Feb 2026).
About the role:
The mandate stems from the Equality in Action Voluntary Cooperation Program (PCV). Oxfam supports local partner organizations to increase participation in inclusive initiatives that advance gender equality.
Daily responsibilities
Co‑develop participatory methodologies with PCV member organizations and the resource‑mobilization team to improve proposal quality and access to funding.
Update donor mappings and analyse funding opportunities to strengthen the resource‑mobilization strategy.
Contribute to the co‑creation of funding opportunities and preparation of proposals aligned with Oxfam Peru’s priorities and those of PCV member organizations.
Support development of the PCV Annual Work Plan.
Support donor‑visibility efforts for women’s leadership initiatives in coordination with Communications and MEL teams.
Requirements
Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
University degree in political science, project management, economics or a related field.
Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written (required).
At least two years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

20% increase for an accompanying child (maximum of 2).
$1,500 CAD per year per child for schooling.
Monthly rent allowance.

Round‑trip flight for accompanying child(ren).
