Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday Starting Salary Range: $70,000 to $73,000 Per Year What You’ll Do?
Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Director. Perform HR duties related to personnel records, confidentiality, employee relations, corrective action, and termination as needed. Checks that employee certifications, driver’s licenses, professional licensure, & I-9’s are current and filed correctly. Facilitates benefit enrollment and termination as appropriate. Understands all Title 22 Guidelines in regard to required training. Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Director of First Impression when necessary. Uses Positive Approach to Care (PAC) to enhance life and relationships for all residents. Attends and remains up to date on all company-provided training. Attends periodic staff meetings, in-service training, and mandatory meetings as required. Directly supervises the Director of First Impressions (Receptionists) and/or Administrative Assistants. Performs daily payroll edits. Adjust payroll records as appropriate. Perform end-of-period review. Able to read and write reports, business correspondence, memos, and staff performance evaluations. Observes Residents’ Rights, as posted within the facility, to include any updates thereto. Mandated reporting – if you suspect any verbal, physical, emotional, financial, or neglectful treatment toward a resident or staff member, report it to your supervisor immediately. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members. Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent certificate; AA/AS or BA/BS degree beneficial. 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in office management is preferred. Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations. Must be computer literate for communication, scheduling, ordering, tracking, basic graphic design, and activities and outing research.
