About the Hotel The Comfort Inn located in Caldwell, Ohio.
Job Description Responsible for attending to the needs of guests, especially during check-in and check-out process.
Essential Job Functions
Remain in required uniform including name tag, earpiece and radio.
Greet all guests.
Provide information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities.
Respond to guest requests and sell rooms to walk-in guests.
Enter and change reservations in the PMS system.
Post charges to guest accounts, process payments, and make necessary changes to guest accounts.
Inform housekeeping about room changes.
Listen and respond to guest complaints.
Operate answering phone.
Clean front desk and surrounding areas.
Complete shift checklist.
Maintain daily logs.
Balance cash drawer.
Must be able to stand for an 8‑hour shift.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain a team-oriented attitude conducive to growth and hospitality.
Willingness to participate in additional hospitality training and education.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or general manager.
