Interstate Mechanical Corporation (IMCOR) is one of Arizona’s largest Mechanical subcontractors, specializing in Design/Build, Industrial HVAC, Piping & Plumbing Systems, Service Maintenance and Special / Facility Projects.
Position Overview As a Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our plumbing technicians in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, efficient scheduling, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate directly with project managers, estimators, and clients, and will play a key role in the successful execution of plumbing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support plumbing field crews on commercial construction and service projects
Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of technicians using ServiceTrade
Review and approve timesheets, job statuses, and work orders
Conduct job site visits for quality assurance, code compliance, and safety checks
Communicate with customers and GC’s regarding job progress, changes, and expectations
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and functioning properly
Assist with estimating, project planning, and coordination with other trades
Mentor apprentices and junior technicians, promoting skill development
Enforce company safety protocols and industry regulations
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and local codes
Proficient in ServiceTrade or similar field management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
