What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coach, develop, and lead a team of Loss Mitigation Specialists to meet quality and productivity goals
Monitor daily operations for efficient task allocation and workload balance
Analyze performance metrics to identify issues and implement scalable solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and advocate for borrower experience enhancements
Contribute to special projects aimed at improving automation and reducing manual workloads
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in an operations role within a financial institution, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a metrics-driven environment
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
Proficiency in coaching and delivering structured feedback for team development
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and demonstrated ownership mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in collections, loss mitigation, or operations call center at a financial institution
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, LiveVox, or Google Workspace
Background in auto lending or loan servicing, with knowledge of relevant regulations
Experience leading initiatives related to automation or digital servicing tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
