What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Monitor, forecast, and report on provider capacity, utilization, and availability across care lines and states
Develop and refine workforce models that align provider supply with forecasted demand
Ensure accurate updates to provider schedules and availability data
Identify and implement process improvements for automation and operational scale
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast hiring needs and improve family scheduling workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
4–6 years of experience in workforce management, network operations, or healthcare operations
Proven track record managing workforce capacity and utilization in a multi-state environment
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel/Google Sheets or BI tools
Familiarity with healthcare EHR and scheduling systems
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in digital health or behavioral health
Familiarity with capacity models and dashboard creation
Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented problem-solving approach
