Key Responsibilities
Creative Development:
Bring fresh, original ideas to the table that align with client goals and brand voice. You’ll stay on top of emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful. This role requires curiosity and research, diving deep into our clients’ missions, industries, and audiences to fully understand the subject matter. In collaboration with our team, you’ll develop creative concepts that go beyond execution, shaping the direction of campaigns and ensuring our work stands out as both meaningful and innovative.
Content Creation & Design:
In collaboration with our in‑house graphic designer, create engaging, on‑brand content using Canva, including posts, graphics, and short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks). Your content will strike the perfect balance between professionalism and fun, tailored to resonate with each audience.
Expert Copywriting:
Craft compelling copy for marketing campaigns that aligns with brand voice and objectives. You’ll write concise, effective, and engaging copy that draws in audiences and encourages interaction.
Short‑Form Video Editing:
In collaboration with our in‑house video editor, edit short‑form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, ensuring the content is fresh, engaging, and on‑trend. You’ll have a strong sense of how to tell a story or communicate a message in under 60 seconds.
Audience Growth & Engagement:
Use your knowledge and experience to scale social media audiences, engage with users, and increase followers. You have a proven track record of growing audiences organically and through paid campaigns. You will also assist with supporting PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and community engagement to grow awareness.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track marketing platform performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on what’s working and where there’s room for improvement. You’ll keep a close eye on key metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions to optimize future content.
Ad Buys:
Manage or assist in managing ad buys to ensure cost‑effective and successful campaigns. You’ll be familiar with or willing to learn how to set up, track, and optimize ads across various platforms.
Content Scheduling & Coordination:
Use social media scheduling software (or learn how to) to ensure posts are consistently published at optimal times. You’ll also coordinate with other partner social media teams across different time zones to align posting schedules.
Multiple Account Management:
Manage multiple marketing platform accounts for both internal and external clients, ensuring each one receives the attention and unique approach it requires. You’ll handle content calendars, posting schedules, and performance tracking for various brands, and serve as the brand steward, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Social Media Savvy:

Required Experience
