Driving new business acquisition and expanding existing client relationships. Acting as a commercial partner to clients, advising on contract hiring strategies and market trends. Collaborating with internal delivery consultants to ensure seamless recruitment delivery. Negotiating terms, managing accounts, and maximizing revenue through strategic planning.
