Compensation Pay Range:

$10.70 - $16.70 per hour

Essential Job Functions

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, including execution of programs such as Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, and others.

Ensure telephone calls are answered according to company policy.

all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly, contacting customers upon shipment arrival as needed.

Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, following procedure and using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.

Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issuing accurate refunds with correct payment methods and staging returned merchandise correctly.

Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.

Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.

Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedules, clocking in/out per company policy.

Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.

All other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities Required:

Strong communication skills.

Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired:

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

ASE Certification.

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
