Location: Columbus, OH

Compensation Pay Range $10.70 – $16.70 per hour

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute on customer service programs such as Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.

Ensure the telephone is answered according to company policy.

Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly, contacting customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.

Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.

Process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately, issuing refunds with correct payment methods and staging returned merchandise properly.

Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before the product leaves the store.

Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.

Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedules, obtain management approval for changes or deviations, and clock in/out according to company policy.

Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money and deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming security alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities Required:

Strong communication skills

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Desired:

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

ASE Certification

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
