MARKETING COORDINATOR Location:

Rocklin, CA

Salary Range:

$25 – $35 per hour – Full Time, In Office

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING COORDINATOR:

You assist Marketing Manager, Preconstruction Manager with proposal process including: reviewing, writing, formatting, layout, assembly, production and delivery.

You update and track prequalification with various clients

You assist with internal and external event planning

You create marketing content for Social Media

You update marketing collateral and newsletters, maintain marketing library

You support Marketing Manager with administrative tasks

YOU HAVE :

At least 2 years of course work studying Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, English, Communications or related field

Strong writing and editing skills, and exceptional graphic layout design skills

Strong organizational skills

Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours, and travel as required for business needs

A positive attitude

Ability to work under and hold others to deadlines

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign

Experience in Marketing for an A/E/C firm

Excellent communication abilities through various channels
