Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between technology teams and oncology practices, ensuring alignment with IT standards
Manage service delivery processes for effective IT support in assigned oncology practices
Participate in project management to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality expectationsFacilitate communication between IT and oncology practice staff to address concerns and opportunities
Provide leadership in resolving day-to-day operational issues at oncology practices
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Proven leadership skills in healthcare systems and IT functional areas
Effective communication abilities, especially with non-IT audiencesExperience in implementing IT strategies that support business needs
Subject matter expertise in various IT domains, including software applications and systems integration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in physician practice IT
Direct supervisory experience
Familiarity with project management methodologies
ITIL4 Foundation certification
SAFe Agile experience
