What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a liaison between the employer's technology division and the Oncology Practice to support technology needs
Manage the service delivery process for IT services to US Oncology practices
Participate in oncology practice projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
Facilitate communications between IT and oncology practice staff, addressing concerns and providing status updates
Provide leadership and resolve day-to-day operational IT issues at practice locations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
Proven leadership skills and experience in healthcare systems
Effective communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to non-IT audiences
Subject matter expertise in various IT domains, including software applications and systems integration
Previous team lead or supervisory experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Physician practice IT experience
Direct supervisory experience
Exposure to a variety of project management methodologies
ITIL4 Foundation certification
SAFe Agile experience
