In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end‑user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go‑to‑market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.
Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As part of the Product Management team you drive strategy and tactical execution to build industry‑leading systems environments that support revenue growth. As a Director you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relations. You manage a commercially focused portfolio, develop product roadmaps, and collaborate with development leaders to align technology architecture with product objectives, making sure new services have a thoroughly developed support structure.

What You Must Have
10 years of experience
Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
