Responsibilities
Responsible for long-term incentives (Equity, Stock options, RSUs, etc.) policies, programs implementation and communication in the AMS region.
Participate in the design and review of long‑term incentives plans and policies for the AMS region, ensuring external competitiveness and legal compliance through research on practices of leading tech and general‑industry companies.
Work closely with the Performance & Incentives team members on the total rewards package for employees in the AMS region, as required.
Perform other LTI related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources or Compensation related fields.
Fluency in English.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data to present to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in LTI‑related design and operational work, corporate experience preferred.
Knowledge of LTI programs, market trends and relevant tax and compliance requirements.
Additional LTI‑related design and administration work experience, corporate experience preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment, multi‑task, self‑driven and detail oriented.

Job Information Base salary range: $79,800 – $132,000 annually (variable based on qualifications and location). The base pay is one part of the total package, which may include additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellness benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; 10 paid sick days; and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire).
