The Role Perk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team. In this role you will lead a team of up to 12 SDRs, provide guidance and support, and work with leadership to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and success of Perk.

What will you be doing?

Lead and manage up to 12 Sales Development Representatives, driving achievement of quarterly targets.

Conduct weekly one‑on‑ones with team members to ensure continued success in target achievement.

Develop monthly development objectives and oversee employee performance management.

Coach and mentor a world‑class cross‑functional team, focusing on constant skill development.

Identify individual and team training needs and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs.

Apply in‑depth knowledge of TravelPerk products to mentor the team.

Collaborate with other SDR managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material – presentations, sales scripts, and product/feature updates.

Develop specific training sessions based on collected video recordings.

Design training courses using gamification, role‑playing activities and pitch‑simulation.

What will you need to succeed?

Significant experience in a sales or business‑development role, ideally within SaaS or tech‑related industry, with a proven track record of success.

Previous leadership or management experience.

Strong understanding of the sales‑development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Highly creative, solution‑driven attitude.

Hands‑on experience creating presentations (videos or slides).

Ability to design effective training and onboarding programs.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary $94,000–$110,000. On‑target variable earnings $50,000. The commission structure will be tied to achieving revenue & retention targets.

How We Work At Perk we take an IRL‑first approach: the team works together in‑person three days a week. The role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
