Position Title
Executive Director Operations
Reports to Superintendent
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree or Doctorate in education- business- human resources- or a related field Experience as a district level administrator with emphasis on business operations and school district budgets Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work cooperatively with others to resolve problems Data analytics experience and critical thinking skills

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Coordinate and ensure effective communication and operations between finance- facilities- food service- and information technology departments. Oversee the efficient operation of all district operations and support departments ensuring quality services and compliance with applicable laws- regulations- and school board policies. Support the supervision and oversight of the district’s internal auditor Coordinate communication between the district operations- human resources- and finance Develop and prepare recommendations on the district’s employee health and fringe benefit program Assist the superintendent in monitoring and coordinating compliance activities of departments Support the superintendent in monitoring departmental requests- ensuring the strategic plan and budgetary responsibilities are effectively monitored and managed Develop and lead strategic compliance plans- including incident prevention efforts- district insurance compliance- and make recommendations to leadership. Establish and maintain an internal reporting system to effectively measure school programs and ensure equal opportunity progress through periodic reports Gather- research- and analyze data- including creating workforce analysis reports- preparing and reviewing data on facility and technology work orders- and coordinating employee and district insurance including Workman’s’ Compensation Implement the vision of the school board and superintendent Performs other related duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT 12 months; Salary and work year to be determined by the Board of Education
