Position: Full-time or part-time Associate Optometrist within an independent Target Optical Subleasing practice. You will work under a Subleasing Doctor, with professional autonomy, full scope of practice, and no company-imposed quotas.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive optometric examinations and eye care services to patients.
Prescribe contact lenses, glasses, and other vision treatment solutions.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the provided EHR and back‑end systems.
Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor on patient care plans, referrals, and office management.
Participate in ongoing professional development and quality‑improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
State license to practice optometry, current and in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years post‑graduation clinical experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
