Position Overview Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor runs the private optometry office. As an Associate Doctor of Optometry you will work under a Subleasing Doctor, either as an employee or contracted doctor, with full professional autonomy and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high quality optometric care to patients.
Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor to manage patient flow and clinic operations.
Maintain records and use available EHR software and pre‑testing support.
Utilize automated online appointment book and patient recall systems.
Benefits & Compensation Salary is based on experience and location. The role offers competitive benefits, including health care, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts. A bonus/commission plan may complement the total rewards package.
Professional autonomy to care for patients.
Full scope of practice with no company imposed quotas.
Flexible scheduling (including part‑time).
Fully furnished office with full suite of OD equipment.
Support with Revolution EHR software and tech/pre‑testing.
Automated online appointment book and recall system.
Location & Schedule Burnsville, MN (55306). Part‑time.
Requirements Doctor of Optometry, independent practice affiliation with Target Optical (Luxottica). Experience and qualifications will be considered during the negotiation of practice model, pay, and hours.
