The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for organizing data for reports, evaluating performance measures, improving systems for tracking program outcomes, and assisting the Program Director with quality‑related duties. The successful candidate will handle confidential information, work in a diverse setting, and show enthusiasm and commitment to the refugee community. What you will deliver

Ensure compliance of refugee resettlement grants with official guidelines, oversee file documentation, ensure all forms are reviewed and up to date, research and collaborate in writing grants, create or update training materials for all programs, ensure compliance of processes and procedures within the Refugee Resettlement department, improve systems for tracking and maintaining data. Assist in development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of program evaluation strategies. Support department efforts to provide quality services to clients, collect and report performance data, and develop and implement necessary instruments, forms, surveys, and other reports used for various program evaluation activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Attend meetings with other service providers, participate in staff retreats, United Way tours, agency fairs, speaking engagements; assist with special organizational projects/events, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Associate Degree. One (1) year of experience within social work or a refugee program. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills. Flexibility and comfort working in multi‑assignments. Demonstrated success in dealing with a diverse environment. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Knowledge and proficiency in computer applications such as Word Perfect and dBase. Demonstrate multi‑cultural skills and sensitivity. Catholic Charities is an equal‑opportunity employer.
