Position Overview The Senior Director, Business Talent Partner – Manufacturing, serves as the embedded strategic HR leader for Franklin Electric’s Manufacturing and Operations executive leadership team. This role aligns people, structure, and culture with business performance – driving productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. A key operator in the HR Operating System (HROS), this leader activates Franklin’s Five Levers on a global scale, linking workforce, succession, and culture to measurable outcomes.

What you will be doing:
Partner with senior operations leaders to translate business strategy into workforce and capability plans.
Lead organization design and restructuring to support agility and efficiency.
Drive leadership development and succession for manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with COEs on recruiting, rewards, and learning programs tailored to operations.
Use workforce analytics to identify trends in turnover, skills, and engagement.
Champion safety, employee relations, and accountability across sites.
Serve as trusted advisor to GMs and Plant Managers on performance and culture.
Reinforce the One Franklin values through leadership behaviors and decisions.

What you need:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
15+ years progressive HR experience with manufacturing or operations focus on a global scale.
Proven success in organization design, capability building, and change leadership.
Strong business acumen and influence in matrixed environments.
