Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Senior Director of Total Rewards & People Analytics will lead a global rewards strategy that connects compensation, incentives, and recognition to growth, competitiveness, and performance - while also elevating how workforce insights shape enterprise decision-making. This leader will design an integrated rewards and analytics function that ensures Franklin’s pay-for-performance culture is grounded in strong governance, rich insights, and data-driven transparency. The role partners closely with senior leadership and the Board to deliver programs and insights that attract top talent, retain critical capabilities, and strengthen the company’s ability to execute at scale. What you will be doing: Lead Franklin’s global Total Rewards strategy , including executive compensation, pay structures, incentives, recognition, and benefits governance, ensuring programs are competitive, performance-driven, and aligned with business strategy and culture. Serve as a strategic advisor to the ELT and Board , shaping pay-for-performance decisions through strong governance, analytics, and insights that drive accountability, results, and enterprise execution. Redesign and modernize global compensation architecture , including job frameworks, market positioning, incentive design, and recognition programs, while clearly defining and communicating Franklin’s Employee Value Proposition. Build and lead the People & Workforce Analytics function , delivering actionable insights, forecasting, and predictive analytics that inform workforce planning, organizational design, talent investment, and risk management. Own workforce data, analytics governance, and technology , partnering with IT to mature the HR analytics ecosystem (including Power BI), ensure data quality, enable self-service insights, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and reporting. Provide analytical leadership for enterprise initiatives , including M&A, organizational transformation, workforce restructuring, and long-term financial and labor planning, in close partnership with Finance, HR COEs, and regional leaders. What you need: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or workforce planning, with demonstrated expertise in both domains. Expertise in people analytics, workforce modeling, predictive analytics, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python). Proven ability to influence senior executives and translate insights into business decisions. Demonstrated experience supporting M&A due diligence, integrations, and strategic workforce initiatives. Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect rewards, analytics, and business outcomes.
