About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled

Luxury Residential Construction Superintendent

to oversee the execution of high-end custom home projects in Coral Gables. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day site operations, maintaining exceptional craftsmanship standards, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury homebuilding, deep knowledge of South Florida construction practices, and a proven ability to manage premium‑level subcontractors and discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects from start to completion.

Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

Ensure impeccable quality control with strict attention to detail aligned with luxury market expectations.

Maintain project timelines, anticipate delays, and proactively problem‑solve to keep work moving efficiently.

Conduct daily site walks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment.

Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.

Communicate consistently with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners.

Manage inspections, permitting coordination, and compliance with local building codes.

Track and report daily progress, job costs, and materials needs.

Enforce company safety protocols and lead site safety meetings.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman in custom luxury residential construction.

Strong familiarity with South Florida building codes, permitting, and high‑end construction methods.

Proven track record managing multimillion‑dollar custom homes or major renovations.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and finish specifications.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to interface confidently with homeowners and design teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades concurrently.

Proficiency with project management tools, daily logs, and digital reporting.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
