Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. This mid- to senior-level role requires a hands-on leader with 57 years of superintendent experience in high-end residential or industrial construction. The ideal candidate embraces technology, manages complex projects efficiently, and serves as the primary on-site liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution.
Supervise and mentor a team of field personnel and subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Utilize construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project/Office, or similar) for project scheduling, RFIs, and documentation.
Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and on-site problem-solving.
Assist in planning and logistics for both residential luxury and commercial projects.
Maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of superintendent experience, preferably in high-end residential, industrial, or commercial construction.
Familiarity with luxury homebuilding standards, industrial tilt-up, and small to mid-size commercial projects.
Proficiency with construction management software, project scheduling, and digital documentation tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
