One of our clients is looking for a Chief Nursing Officer at Behavioral Health Hospital.
We provide state‑of‑the‑art psychiatric care for adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns.
Sets the vision for nursing practice in the delivery of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, and patient‑centered care.
Job Description Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments, and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental, and cultural needs are met and, when they are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve customer complaints.
Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of all nursing personnel.
Provide clinical leadership and strategic and long‑term goals for the nursing department; anticipate and effectively manage changes in census and acuity, and allocate nursing resources based on measurement of patient acuity/care needed.
Role model expectations related to customer service and demonstrate a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety.

Organize, coordinate, develop, and review policies, procedures, and nursing protocols within the facility to meet all regulatory, compliance, and quality care standards.
Responsible for the quality of care, operational, and financial efficiency of the nursing department.
Lead and develop the nursing staff within the facility, providing performance goals, feedback, and development opportunities.
Set and carry out policies, goals, and procedures for the department; evaluate the quality of care, staff workload, and operational efficiency and effectiveness of the function or department.
Develop and oversee the departmental budget and reporting.
Provide staff management, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication to ensure effective teamwork and high‑quality patient care.
