Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting multiple Hospitalists to support the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Cetner located at 1 Medical Center Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301. The shift schedule is typically 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers. Competitive full-time pay packages are available to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
Provide direct inpatient care (95% of time)
Admit and manage hospitalized patients
Perform history and physicals, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment
Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up
Participate in code and rapid response teams
Perform procedures (e.g., lumbar puncture, thoracentesis, paracentesis)
Attend quality improvement meetings
Complete documentation in VA’s EHR (CPRS)
Report patient safety incidents within 24 hours
Comply with VA policies on privacy, ethics, and infection control
Ensure continuous coverage, including during absences
Provide replacement within 2 hours if a scheduled provider is unavailable
Maintain a contingency plan for staffing changes
Qualifications
Board Certifiedin in Internal Medicine
Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
Active AHA BLS and ACLS
Must be able to pass a Federal background investigation.
Physical Requirements
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
