Whatwearelookingfor Weareseekingahigh-impact ProductSalesLead toleadgo-to-marketeffortsfor Auxo ,ourSaaS-basedplatformbuiltforfieldmedicalandcommercialteamsinthelifesciencesindustry.Thisroleistailoredforsalesprofessionalswithexperiencesellingintoemergingpharmaandbiotechclients,particularlythosefamiliarwith HCP360platforms ,offerings,and customerengagementtechnologies .

Whatyouwilldo

DriveMarketPenetration: Identifywhitespaceopportunitiesandcreatetailoredgo-to-market(GTM)strategiestogrowAuxo’sfootprintacrosstheemergingpharmasegment.

LeadSolutionSelling: PositionAuxo’smodularplatformcapabilities—includingHCP360,KOLIdentification,ShareofVoice(SOV)dashboards,andDaaSofferings—tosolvespecificcommercialandmedicalchallenges.

ClientEngagement&Influence: BuildtrustedrelationshipswithCommercialOps,MedicalAffairs,andBrandteamstoinfluencedecision-makingandaccelerateadoption.

CollaborateCrossFunctionally: WorkcloselywithProduct,Marketing,andDeliveryteamstoshapepositioning,messaging,andimplementationstrategies.

EnableSalesSuccess: Usecasestudies,RDOImodels,andplatformdifferentiatorstoshortensalescyclesandimprovewinrates.

FullCycleSalesOwnership: Managetheentiresaleslifecyclefromprospectingthroughcontractclosure,whileensuringCRMaccuracyandreliablepipelineforecasting.

MustHave

10+yearsofexperience in SaaSsales withinlifesciences,preferablyfocusedon commercialtechnology or medtechplatforms .

Demonstratedsuccessinsellingto emergingpharma or mid-marketbiotech clients.

Strongunderstandingof HCPengagement , dataintegration ,and omnichannelexecution strategies.

Experiencewithrelevanttoolslike Salesforce , Veeva , PowerBI ,andotherdataorCRMplatforms

Exceptionalcommunication,storytelling,andstakeholdermanagementabilities.
