Programmer/Technician
to support projects across the
San Francisco Bay Area . This position features a blend of
80% field work
and
20% remote or office work

$80,000–$140,000 (DOE) + Overtime Responsibilities:
Support a mix of service, renovation, and ground‑up controls projects Program DDC systems and assist with field startup and commissioning Revise sequences of operation and troubleshoot controls issues Create applications using existing libraries or fully custom logic Independently manage field tasks, deliverables, and smaller project scopes Perform third‑party integrations (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.) Set up alarms, trends, graphics, and user interfaces Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience programming Schneider Electric BAS/controls systems Strong preference for prior Schneider Electric product line expertise Skilled in troubleshooting and advanced system integration work Comfortable managing timelines, tasks, and customer expectations independently Project & Client Scope:
Client Types: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Government, Hospitality, Airports, Stadiums Project Types: Design-Build, Retrofits, Service Primarily direct‑to‑owner project delivery What’s Offered:
