Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller - Savannah (onsite) Financial Reporting Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to provide insights into key performance indicators and trends. Cost Control Implement and maintain effective cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency. Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality. Financial Planning and Strategy Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Assess the financial feasibility of expansion projects, renovations, or other capital investments. Cash Management Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring receivables, payables, and working capital. Optimize cash position and recommend investment strategies. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. Base salary up to 90k plus 3 weeks vacation and Excellent Benefits.
