Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding HR policies. Staff Management: Directly manage a small team of 2 employees. Provide training and support to enhance team performance. Organizational Skills: Implement systems to ensure efficient workflow and organization. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
