Business Solutions Manager - Sales & Recruiting

Location: San Francisco, CA (Greater San Francisco Bay Area)

Base pay range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Employment type: Full‑time

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to recruit, develop, and grow our client base and new business opportunities in the San Francisco, California area.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Use end‑to‑end recruiting and full‑sales cycle skills to promote our legal workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects through a combination of video and in‑person meetings.
  • Develop and grow client base and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support account growth and client success.

Qualifications

  • Live in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
  • Legal field experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
  • Strong communicators with excellent problem‑resolution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience.
  • Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values.
