Business Solutions Manager - Sales & Recruiting Location: San Francisco, CA (Greater San Francisco Bay Area) Base pay range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year Employment type: Full‑time About the Role We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to recruit, develop, and grow our client base and new business opportunities in the San Francisco, California area. Responsibilities Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. Use end‑to‑end recruiting and full‑sales cycle skills to promote our legal workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects through a combination of video and in‑person meetings. Develop and grow client base and new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to support account growth and client success. Qualifications Live in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred. Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful. Legal field experience is a plus. Strong business acumen and customer service skills. Strong communicators with excellent problem‑resolution skills. Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience. Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values.
