Salary Range:
$98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of raw materials and components.
Optimize inventory levels across the manufacturing process to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to align supply chain operations with manufacturing schedules.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement strategies, and logistics optimization.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with global trade compliance and customs regulations
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital supply chain transformation
