Salary Range:

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Develop and implement material planning strategies, including MRP and demand forecasting.
Oversee the procurement and scheduling of materials to meet production demands.
Lead and mentor the materials team, including inventory control and warehouse personnel.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for material flow, storage, and handling processes.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality of materials.
Monitor and report on key materials metrics, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory planning and control.
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies, and S&OP processes.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization
Experience with international sourcing and logistics
