Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to schedules.
Implement and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow and inventory levels.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in manufacturing operations management.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Solid understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
Demonstrated ability in budget management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
