Salary Range:
$102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production planning, execution, and optimization to meet output targets.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing principles.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement robust quality control processes.
Monitor and manage operational budgets, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Optimize inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to support production flow.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing production teams.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost reduction.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
Prior experience operating in a unionized manufacturing environment
