Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing operations. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components. Oversee inventory management, optimizing stock levels to meet production schedules while minimizing holding costs and waste. Direct all logistics activities, including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Bonus Qualifications
